How we review tools
Every verdict on BuildStack is a fit note for someone making money online. It is not a lab score and it is not for sale.
What we read
- We open the tool's official website, its pricing page, and public help docs when those pages load.
- The short description at the top of a tool page is the vendor's own wording. The "Our take" section is ours.
- We do not invent prices. If a pricing page shows a clear figure, we say what we saw and when. If it does not, we say the price is unconfirmed.
- Pros, cons, and "best for" follow from what the product claims to do, and from the obvious tradeoff of that shape of tool.
What we do not do
- We do not run a paid benchmark of all 45 tools, and we do not pretend a verdict is a hands-on lab report.
- A sponsored placement is labeled "Sponsored" and does not rewrite the verdict, the pros, or the cons.
- A comparison says which tool fits which job. It is not a prize, and it is not a quote.
Dates
The editorial "last updated" date is the day we wrote the note from those public pages. "Last checked" on the spec table is the day the vendor description was recorded. This pass is October 14, 2026.
